Melissa De-Vall

Melissa has worked within estate agencies in London since 1999. Over the course of her career, she has progressed from an administrator, to a negotiator, then into management.

A qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) she has an in-depth knowledge of South West London.

As a landlord herself, she has a personal perspective on letting in London. “I’m all about offering an honest, reliable and helpful service with a customer-centred approach” says Melissa.

Thanks to Melissa’s professional and personal experience in the industry, she holds a deep understanding of what her clients need and how best to help.

Bruno de Sousa

Bruno worked as a negotiator for a large corporate estate agency, and as a branch manager for a well-known independent agent in South West London.

He is ARLA trained and has BA Hons in Interior Design.

Bruno was brought up in the Clapham and Brixton areas, so as well as a property professional, he’s a bona fide specialist in all things South West London.

Being a landlord himself, he fully understands the needs of clients. “I’m all about ‘can do’, but without the pushy approach sometimes associated with estate agents. My aim is to offer a friendly, honest and efficient service,” says Bruno.
